Practice Area: Family Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, A law firm located in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with strong work ethics and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an ABA-accredited law school, possess an ABA License issued for California, and have 0-1 years of experience. This role requires court appearances, depositions, motions, research, and witness interviews. The candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility to work on various legal matters. Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is advantageous. Duties:Conduct court appearances, depositions, motions, research, and witness interviews.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Assist with case management and trial preparation.Conduct legal research and analysis.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.Handle a high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision. Requirements:Graduate of an ABA-accredited Law School.Possession of an ABA License issued for California.Should have 0-1 year of legal experience. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited Law School.ABA License issued for California. Skills:Strong writing and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Ability to handle a high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
