Griffin Behavioral Solutions is looking to add individuals to our dedicated, lively team. We are looking to hire two individuals that are creative, passionate individuals. One to focus on the Orange and Seminole Counties and the other to focus on the Orange and Osceola Counties.This is not an independent contractor position; you will be an employee of the company and as such, you will be provided with all the materials you require to perform your job and receive mileage reimbursements for your travel. An Associate Supervisor's Main Job Duties: Provide direct one-to-one ABA intervention to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders within their home, school, and/or community Provide ABA skills support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: adaptive skills, communication, behavior, play and socialization. Data collection on individual goals Implement behavior intervention plans Supervision / training of RBTs regarding individualized client plans to be completed in person on a weekly basis Implementation of assessment protocols; including AFLS, ABLLS, VBMAPP, and PDDBI Creation of functional communication and behavior replacement plans Creation of behavior support plans Data analysis and program modifications based on current best practices Conducting caregiver training on ABA principles Job Advantages: Specialized training provided on both theory and implementation. Flexible hours (typical hours are M-F between 8am and 8pm; provided both in home and within schools)- you make your own schedule Opportunities for advancement in role within the company In-person and remote supervision provided by the BCBA For those BCaBAs looking to gain fieldwork hours; employment with GBS includes supervision activities required to accumulate hours in order to qualify to sit for the BCBA exam (no contingency agreements to be signed) Mileage reimbursements Yearly reviews and quarterly bonuses Health Insurance Requirements for Position: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Current driver's license, insurance and car registration Ability to pass background check (level 2) Ability to obtain professional liability insurance Reliable transportation Adult to lift 75 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time.
