Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team at iDrive Logistics. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You will reconcile billing discrepancies, analyze financial data, develop process improvements and support the overall billing function. Responsibilities: Billing Management: Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely billing and submission of invoices to clients. Monitor billing cycles and follow up on overdue payments. Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Reconciliation and Analysis: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. Reconcile billing data with contracts, and shipping records. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions and prevent recurring billing issues. Client and Vendor Relations: Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries and escalations from clients and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth billing processes. Address client/vendor concerns regarding billing accuracy and resolve disputes in a timely manner. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in billing and revenue management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, or related field, preferred. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
