Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.UCH is actively seeking energetic and motivated General Laborers to join our team in Roxborough this summer! Seasonal General Laborer Duties include but are not limited to: Moving and rearranging furniture Inspecting apartments Recording and documenting pre-existing damages Light maintenance as needed Additional duties as requested by management Seasonal General Laborer Qualifications Required: Background check required Valid Driver's License Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects Previous custodial/grounds//moving experience a plus Able to commute to Roxborough Powered by JazzHR
