SAP AI Product Engineering is responsible for designing central frameworks and cloud services such as Joule, Generative AI Hub, AI Core, and Document Information Extraction as the AI foundation for embedded AI throughout our portfolio in addition to our efforts towards SAP's foundation models, both our own tabular business models and building on top of partner LLMs, and generative AI technologies. The Role: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Unique opportunity to develop business AI scenarios on SAP business data.: Design and implement scalable pipelines and models, address open challenges and lead project workstreams.: Conduct experiments and perform rigorous evaluations to measure the performance and effectiveness of the developed models.: Optimize and fine:tune models to improve accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of Deep Learning, Foundational Models/LLMs, and Generative AI. What you bring: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines. PhD is a plus.: 3+ years professional experience with Machine Learning on structured/Tabular Enterprise data such as in the ERP or CRM domain.: Experience with Foundation Models, transformer models or Deep learning with their application in a business context.: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in the context of enterprise data.: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.: 5+ years of professional experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross:cultural teams.
