Ideaflow is a notebook that augments your intelligence. Founded by a team from MIT Media Lab, we've raised over $10M from top VCs, including First Round Capital, Sequoia scouts, and Naval. We're bringing personal information management tools mainstream, and making them collaborative, to empower creative souls to fly. We're looking for a personal assistant who can serve as a force multiplier for our CEO. We are looking for an individual who is: • Scrupulous/detail-oriented • Can navigate a quickly-changing environment, flexible to work around shifting schedules • Is quick and efficacious • -Is persistent and creative when it comes to getting things done, will always find a way • Superior organization skills: Great at creating the kernel of organization in a chaotic environment • Can show up in person in Menlo Park, CA on short notice (or lives nearby) • Can navigate ambiguous tasks with ease to deliver a helpful outcome; great at working independently with little direction • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right For those interested, please email me at jacob+XXXX@ideaflow.io – I am a former MIT Media Lab Collective Intelligence researcher, and this project has been my life mission for over 7 years.
