NAPSteel is now seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Surrey. We seek a team member who shares our champion mindset and values and is eager to contribute and grow with us. In this role, you can expand your skill set and knowledge through various administrative and accounting tasks, including collection calls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other duties as required. Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Process Sales Invoices and Credit Notes Perform Collection Calls Provide back-up for payment applications as required Account Payable Enter AP invoices Provide back-up for processing cheques Inventory Receive inventory on the database Assist with other administrative and accounting functions Answering phone calls Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Professionalism in all interactions with staff and customers Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed Joining Napsteel means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
