Hello: I am completing my PhD at Stanford, and looking for a temporary personal assistant who can cover for the week of Dec. 1-5. Typical tasks include document filing/scanning, typing, schedule planning, academic event organizing, accompaniment to professional meetings, and basic research footwork. The ideal candidate is dependable, discreet, organized, and detail-oriented. I will do interviews on campus Friday, 11/21 between 10am and 4pm. Please indicate what time works for you. I am looking specifically looking for someone who is available both Monday Dec. 1 at 11am-12pm and Tuesday Dec. 2 at 11:30am-12:30pm. These will both be professional meetings. Compensation: $20/hour, plus $10 per trip to campus = $60 for the two meeting times l list above.
